I trust Faricy Ford to keep my Ford Edge in good condition for safe driving. This is my second Ford Edge I purchased from Faricy Ford. People say Ford stands for Found On Road Dead. I seen other vehicles on road dead but never a Ford Edge.I had a Chevrolet Nova and several times it was dead on the road. Next car Ford Mercury. Next a Mercury Sable. Then I had Chevy Lumina which was mistake so I traded it in for a Ford Taurus which never had a problem but it got rusty from Michigan’s salty roads. Next vehicle a Ford Escape here in Colorado. I needed a bigger vehicle so I traded it in for a Ford Edge at Faricy Ford. That one was in an accident so I traded it in at Faricy Ford for the Edge I have now. Had it for years. It runs great because I always had it serviced at Faricy Ford. When I trade it in for another Edge of course it will be at Faricy Ford. The best trusted dealership and “service “ in Canon City.

We arrived without notice to this business with a concern of our truck overheating. We were in town from out of state and were out of options. We popped in there and within minutes Jason was coming out with his computer to run some tests. Once he pinpointed the problem, Hannah had us quote within minutes. Once we agreed, Jason had the part in and us back on the road within 2 hours. We knew stopping in did not promise us anything, but this business came through for us in a big way and got us back on the road. We appreciate them more than we can say. And what a difference it made that Jason knew what he was doing and got it done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased that this is where our path led in our time of need.

Really happy with all staff here. They were all so kind and professional. Im gonna buy all my vehicles from Brendan from here on.

Accidentally made the appointment at the wrong dealership, they took care of me anyway and had me back on the road in an hour, outstanding customer service.

John with Faircy was my service tech and his team of mechanics fixed only what needed fixed and nothing more. Sent video of everything that was broke and went from there.

I was at Ft Carson for a family event and found the rear axle of my F-150 had broken a bolt which had a recall and the parts were on order at my dealership in Oklahoma to get it done when I returned from my trip. Not able to drive my truck that far, I had to get it fixed in Colorado. I called around to several dealerships along the I-25 area and could not get an appointment soon enough for my trip home. I reached out to Faricy Ford and spoke with John in the Service Department and he came through for me like no other! He sorted out the issue I had, got ahold of the parts team to make sure they had all the parts, worked on the schedule and was able to get me in the following morning and repaired it as soon as they had techs available to work on it. He updated me as the morning went along and was willing to take me anywhere in town I wanted to go to and wait. I opted to hang around the dealership and everyone was exceptionally friendly and cautious. While the job was going on, they noticed I had an issue with my trailer connection on the bumper. He asked me about it and I told him the problem and he took the time to check it out and was able to get it fixed before the axle was completed. This was outstanding service all the way around! I am very appreciative of the entire team and even though I live in Oklahoma, I will make it a point to schedule all of my service needs around my trips to Colorado so I can use this awesome team in little Cannon City, CO! Was traveling thru Cañon City area for vacation. My Expedition was shifting funny in mountains and I was concerned it was low on transmission fluid. I left a message on Thursday after business hours. On a Friday morning I called to see if they could look at it. The first person I spoke with said they were booked until Tuesday. Hannah called me back and said to bring it in and she would find a way to look at it for me since I was traveling. I can’t tell you how thankful I was they got it in to look at it. I had to drive one hour to get there, but they still got it in right away. They even took me into the shop area to go over what they found. Less than 3 hours later I was back on the road. Thank you Hannah!!!

They did a good job at replacing the screen and they gave me a ride home. They did not call me when my car was finished and did not follow through with the promised delivery of my car to my house. The technician left his gloves in my car.

Was receiving a message on the dash telling us that there was a problem with the rear seatbelt module on our 2025 Ford F-150 with 3,000 miles. The message stated immediate attention was needed in fixing the problem. Pueblo Ford attempted to fix it the first time, but the message returned the following day. We then took it to Faricy in Canon City where they checked the codes and found that the driver’s side front seat module needed to be replaced. Ordered the part and it was ready to go in a few hours. The rear seat indicators are still not working properly as you can sit on the rear seat and the dash doesn’t recognize anyone on the seat until they put their seatbelt on and then it turns green. Once you disconnect the belt it turns red on the dash and will stay red if you move to another seat that won’t recognize your new position until you buckle your seatbelt then that spot will turn green but the original seat will remain red and think that someone needs to buckle their seatbelt. This process will repeat itself until all three seats are red. If you open the door, the lights all reset. So that problem still exists but so far there has been no new warnings on the dash saying anything needs immediate attention. So that’s good.

It was a hot, gross day in Cañon City, and Johnny had the patience to answer my many questions and prepare about 10 vehicles for test drives. He, Ben, and the finance department made buying our new truck super easy.

Hannah is amazing. Kept me updated on my cars progress. Everything was exactlt as promised. Glad chose Faricy to do the job. Alpine is not to be trusted.

The work I went in for was done very well. But… I left with an engine check lite for low battery voltage that was not diagnosed before I went in to the shop. Curious!!!????

Cody and John were amazing service advisors and just amazing people. Work was completed in a timely fashion and with care and compassion. Will be using them for all my services.

I had a self-inflicted, urgent issue with my Raptor. Hannah M got me right in and then over delivered on her completion commitment. Faricy Boys my exceeded expectation!

I hate having to go to a dealer for repairs, but the team at Faricy is top notch. Great at communication and very accommodating. I wish the dealers in my city were as good as the team at Faricy.

Told to make another appointment as if I have time to do the whole loop again. (2) Went to pay a substantial sum and told 3% credit card charge on top. Only had my credit card as had ridden m bike to pick it up. 3% a good chunk of change on top of the repair cost. Seems for higher cost repair, would absorb. Given a repair price, but a higher payment price at the point of pickup. Would like to see Faricy Ford more customer focused verses internal process focused on their way, their results.

I’m only giving three stars, because the mechanics do a great job. The customer service I’ve received from the service department has been anything BUT great. They refuse to return calls, they refuse to call with updates on my vehicle, when I go into the service office, pretty much EVERYONE ignores me. When they finally DO acknowledge me, the two guys mansplain to me like I’m just a dumb woman. When the spoke to my husband, who had gone in with me to pick up my vehicle, the tone completely changed. This last time I had my vehicle in, they told me the wheels had become out of balance because of mud buildup. (I live in the mountains, on 13 miles of dirt roads) They cleaned the wheels off, but didn’t even bother to wash the rest of the vehicle. Every other dealership I’ve ever had a car through, has washed my vehicle when I take it in for ANY type of service. I’ve taken my Bronco to Faricy twice, and they just don’t wash it. It may be convenient to take it into Cañon, but I think I’ll find a different dealership to service my vehicle from now on.
