Outstanding service department. I bought a used f-150 from out of state and there were several recalls that needed serviced. I made an appointment and they honored the recalls and had them fixed in short order. I also had them fix another issue, again they were quick and professional and the mechanic sent me a video of my vehicle as he was inspecting and going over the entire truck.
Everyone we've worked has been helpful, friendly, and professional from both sales & service of our 2019 F450 4x4 dually. When we were last in for a rebalaced of the front tires, they didn't have the correct hub size to do the balacing on-site so they had the local tire supplier they got tires from balance them while we took in a bike ride along the river trail. Now we're cruising down the highway again nice and smooth. Thanks everone!

They tried to take advantage of me on warranty issue.ford should be able to make spark plugs and wires that last more than 17k miles. They wanted 1300. 00 dollars for 8 plugs and wires. That's a lot to me. I know this f250 is 4 years old. But plugs and wires should last more than 17k miles.with help from Ford I had to pay 500. 00. That's still a lot. I always get my vehicle back with grease on the floor, seat, and ceiling where the mechanic grabs the rim to get in. I clean it up myself because I don’t trust them to do it. I only use them because of service reps knowledge

Feel like the quality control of the service department is not being done properly. When you miss simple things as not filling the washer fluid reservoir, what else was missed! You can’t use the excuse of we had 22 oil changes to do that day and sometimes things get missed.

On the road doing a long trip from my home in West Virginia and the speed sensor on a rear wheel went out. It turned out to be more than just that. Faricy Ford got the Transit T-350 in quickly and kept me informed on status and progress. 48 hours later, it's ready for the trip home.

Got me in at appointment time. Did diagnostics for quite some time. Truck had a sulfur smell under hood and difficulty starting. Told me what diagnostics discovered. Gave the OK to fix and I was back in my truck in about 2 hrs. Always great service here! Advisors keep customers up-to-date frequently.
