We were traveling and needed a window replaced. They were super quick to get us in and out, and on our way. Both John and Paul were great!

Service went well for new rear brakes. Two items of disappointment. (1) Couldn’t look at an oil leak because it’s a different department. Told to make another appointment as if I have time to do the whole loop again. (2) Went to pay a substantial sum and told 3% credit card charge on top. I’m only giving three stars, because the mechanics do a great job. The customer service I’ve received from the service department has been anything BUT great. They refuse to return calls, they refuse to call with updates on my vehicle, when I go into the service office, pretty much EVERYONE ignores me. When they finally DO acknowledge me, the two guys mansplain to me like I’m just a dumb woman. When the spoke to my husband, who had gone in with me to pick up my vehicle, the tone completely changed. This last time I had my vehicle in, they told me the wheels had become out of balance because of mud buildup. (I live in the mountains, on 13 miles of dirt roads) They cleaned the wheels off, but didn’t even bother to wash the rest of the vehicle. Every other dealership I’ve ever had a car through, has washed my vehicle when I take it in for ANY type of service. I’ve taken my Bronco to Faricy twice, and they just don’t wash it. It may be convenient to take it into Cañon, but I think I’ll find a different dealership to service my vehicle from now on.

Johnny G, was great to work with. We searched for this particular vehicle for a while and found it out of town. He made the buying process easy and stress free. We would recommend anyone to go see Johnny and buy their next vehicle.

Amazing service and got my car fixed fast. The serpentine belt on my car broke at 10 o’clock at night. I had a Tow Truck drop off my car at Faricy Ford and my experience was phenomenal. They called me with updates regarding my car and the pricing was reasonable as well. I would take my car here any day over the Ford in Pueblo.

Went in for a oil change got me in right away and were very friendly. I will be back for future scheduled maintenance .

Everyone was polite and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner. However I had asked them to set the oil gage back to 100% and they did not. I did figure it out myself when I got home.

I have enjoyed everything about Faricy Ford from the ease of purchasing my vehicle and my service experiences. It has been almost 3 years and the staff have been friendly and professional.

The Sales Team is great we have purchased 2 vehicles and love both.

I had an exhaust system failure and the service writer at Faricy Said to come on in, we would figure out something. Even if it is a temporary fix to get me home. They found time to do it, they got the right parts, and they took care of me on a moment's notice. This is the second time that Faricy service or parts has saved me from a long walk! They really go the extra mile for customer service and I won't soon forget it.

They always do a great job on my truck, never try to force unnecessary services on me, and are always kind and courteous when I’m in. Honestly, this is the best service department I’ve experienced in my 40 years of driving.

Had an issue when we got there. 2 1/2 drive to get there and found out the Broncos my wife was looking at was an hour away at a different location. Johnny kept apologizing and he was upset about the Broncos not being there. We test drove a couple different Broncos. Johnny walked us through the good and bad about both. He figured out what we were wanting. After going over the one and helping us out we went with one that was at that location. Johnny made the process great. Everyone there was great to work with. The price was within our budget and a lot less then what we were seeing along the front range. Small town and a smaller dealership made it worth the 5 hours driving. When we look for an another vehicle we will be shopping here for sure.

I had some major work done to my car, Hannah Martinez was an absolute pleasure to work with, she kept me updated on the progress on my car and helped in every way she could to make my experience with them an awesome one! Thank you Hannah!

I had such a great experience yesterday! I ended up running late and had to call ahead, and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated. Once I arrived, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I drove in to look at a truck, it was a great deal compared to Colorado Springs prices! From the get-go, there was zero pressure from our sales rep Johnny, he had told us that that truck would sell later on if we didn’t want it. They were extremely nice to work with. I told him I did want it, but I would be back first thing in the morning with a check from the bank and offered to put a deposit on it, and they held it on a handshake. The office manager, Jon was very kind and a man of his word. When we went through the add-ons for my extended warranty, he was not pushy about anything, more of just informational more like a dad would be or an uncle. You can definitely feel that no one is trying to deliberately take advantage of you down there. And you could feel that the salesman’s in springs were liars and trying to sell you whatever you wanted to hear. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and I’m extremely happy with the truck I bought! 🙂

I wanted them to fix any open recalls of which I was pretty sure there was one for towing something or another but they said they couldn't find any. Maybe the software update the truck did the night before fixed it I suppose is possible? I also wanted to get my speedometer calibrated for the larger tires but apparently they also couldn't do that either at the "dealership level" but the shade tree mechanic down the street says he can do it from his phone in like 3 minutes? Not sure how that's possible but for free I'm willing to let him try it. Better than paying $110 to let someone go joy riding in your truck and doing nothing else.

Took my jeep for an oil change on Tuesday. So far everything has been good. Will continue to use them for all my jeep services.

The Faricy Boys Ford was great. Great quick service and the guy who balanced my tires did a perfect job. Hannah was extremely kind and got me taken care of easily. I had to use 2 different cards and she made it easier than 1! The service manager Cody is little but does a great job!
